y la elaboraci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica transectorial de estilos de vida saludable.<\/li><li>Alianzas transectoriales para la promoci\u00f3n de modos, condiciones y estilos de vida saludable: implica la participaci\u00f3n de varios sectores en la generaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras, espacios, bienes y servicios sostenibles, orientados a mejorar la oferta y facilitar el acceso a programas de recreaci\u00f3n, cultura y actividad f\u00edsica.<\/li><li>Promoci\u00f3n al \u00a0acceso a una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable; la disminuci\u00f3n en la exposici\u00f3n y el consumo de tabaco y del consumo nocivo de alcohol<\/li><li>Fortalecimiento de las capacidades t\u00e9cnica, cient\u00edfica y operativa, para el ejercicio de la rector\u00eda y autoridad sanitaria en el manejo de las ENT, incluida la salud bucal, visual, auditiva y comunicativa y sus factores de riesgo.<\/li><li>Movilizaci\u00f3n social y corresponsabilidad de actores, sectores y comunidades hacia la promoci\u00f3n de los modos, condiciones y estilos de vida saludable; la salud bucal, visual y auditiva; el envejecimiento activo y saludable; y la atenci\u00f3n integral de las ENT; con especial inter\u00e9s en la primera infancia y la activa participaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes. j. Participaci\u00f3n social activa para la construcci\u00f3n, desarrollo, monitoreo y evaluaci\u00f3n de procesos que permitan a la poblaci\u00f3n incrementar el control sobre su salud y bienestar; y
