Distrital, en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 67, 68 y 69 de la Ley 1437 de 2011 respetuosamente me dirijo a usted con el fin de notificarles, ahora a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web del DADIS para que se sirvan realizar la novedad de cambio de domicilio y\/o cierre del prestador dentro de los tres (3) d\u00edas siguientes a esta publicaci\u00f3n so pena de bajarlos de la base de datos del REPS (por visita de no existencia) a trav\u00e9s resoluci\u00f3n.<br \/>Se aclara que dicho requerimiento fue enviado anteriormente a sus correos electr\u00f3nicos institucionales antes mencionados (consignados en su constancia de habilitaci\u00f3n), con fundamento en la ley 2213 de 2022 que estableci\u00f3 la vigencia permanente del Decreto 806 de 2020 Art 8.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ahora se notifica dicho requerimiento public\u00e1ndolo en la p\u00e1gina Web del DADIS por tres (3) d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.
