style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%;\">De acuerdo con lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 4 (<i>Inscripci\u00f3n y habilitaci\u00f3n<\/i>) de la Resoluci\u00f3n 3100 de 2019, todo prestador de servicios de salud debe estar inscrito en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud -REPS, registrando como m\u00ednimo una sede y por lo menos un servicio habilitado. La inscripci\u00f3n y habilitaci\u00f3n debe realizarse en los t\u00e9rminos establecidos en el Manual de Inscripci\u00f3n de Prestadores y Habilitaci\u00f3n de Servicios de Salud contenidos en dicha resoluci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 11.5pt; font-weight: inherit;\">La Entidad Territorial de Salud en su plan de visitas, deber\u00e1 Identificar prestadores que no se encuentran inscritos en el REPS, mediante un proceso de b\u00fasqueda activa utilizando fuentes de informaci\u00f3n disponibles.
